Individual Therapy for Adults
I offer individual counseling
for adults who struggle with a range of issues, such as: generalized depression or anxiety; relationship, whether that concerns the relationship they have with themselves or their relationships with others; life transitions; and trauma. As a therapist, I serve as a companion on your journey; someone who walks alongside you in curiosity, offering insight and information where I see it may serve you. As I've mentioned; my approach is holistic, which I believe best caters to the complexities of being human. In session, I often utilize mindfulness and meditation techniques, compassion practices, and interventions anchored in research and neuroscience. Together, we will discover new avenues to the story you want to live.
